VIP Real Estate was founded by broker/owner Hank Picciurro in 1965. It's familiar logo of Staten Island with the letters "VIP" inscribed within have been seen by thousands in the the real estate industry in Staten Island.

When VIP opened the population was only a quarter of what it is today. Insurance agents, lawyers and only a very few real estate companies that existed at the time made whatever real estate transactions here were.


Over the years, Staten Island has greatly excelled in population and especially in it's housing. Private homes, together with shopping centers, schools, churches, transportation, etc. have made up this Island's enormous growth. VIP Real Estate, with it's wide range of
